Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TrendingIV (the “Service”), an educational options-analytics platform for Indian index derivatives. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the Service

TrendingIV is an analytics and educational tool only. The Service does not and cannot place, modify, route or execute orders of any kind; does not handle client funds or securities; and does not provide investment advice, research recommendations or portfolio management. TrendingIV is not a stock broker, sub-broker, or SEBI-registered investment advisor or research analyst.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract.
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity on your account.
• One account is intended for one individual. Accounts may not be shared, resold or transferred.

3. Market Data

Market data in the Service comes from third-party data services. It is shown for your own use only: you must not copy, redistribute, resell or republish it, and your use must comply with the terms of those services. Data may be delayed, incomplete, interrupted or inaccurate, and is provided on a best-effort basis with no guarantee of accuracy, completeness or timeliness.

4. Plans & Payment

• Access to the Service is provided through plans that we make available from time to time, which may include promotional or trial plans. The plans on offer, what each includes, how long it lasts, its price (if any) and who is eligible are shown in the app when you request or take a plan, and may change.
• Some plans are granted on request. We may approve or decline any request, and access starts when we approve it.
• Where a plan is paid, the fee is the one shown at the time, plus GST where applicable, payable as we direct.
• Unless we say otherwise when you take a plan, access ends when its period ends and does not renew automatically.
• Payments are final and non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. See Cancellation & Refunds.
• We may change plans, features and prices at any time. A change does not affect a period you have already been given or paid for.

5. Communications

We will contact you about your account and the Service, and may also send you updates, offers and promotions by email, Telegram or other channels you have given us. You can opt out of promotional messages at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

• No scraping, redistributing, reselling or republishing of data or analytics from the Service.
• No attempts to probe, breach or circumvent security or access controls, or to access other users’ data.
• No automated access except through interfaces we explicitly provide.

7. Risk Disclosure

Derivatives trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance of any metric, pattern or analytic does not indicate future results. Any trading decision you make — and its outcome — is solely your responsibility.

8. Availability

We aim for high availability during market hours but provide the Service “as is” without uptime guarantees. Maintenance, third-party outages or data-provider interruptions may affect availability.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and analytics methodology, is the property of TrendingIV and its licensors. These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrendingIV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any trading losses, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the operator’s registered place of business shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
